We have tested all our carpets to a high marine standard (test results can be viewed on our certifications page). Marine Tuft carpet uses the highest grade UV resisters, making it resistant to mould, mildew, chlorine & staining, including fish blood & red wine when attended to promptly. Marine Tuft’s uniqueHydraBak™technology allows water to pass through & drain away with gravity/camber & evaporate with sun & wind exposure. The tufted design ensures it is soft underfoot without the harsh feel you find with most other outdoor carpets. The best part is it will stay soft underfoot. The tufted pile gives the carpet greater strength, better durability, easier cleaning maintenance & helps avoid snagging caused by fishing hooks & lures.

PILE FIBER: Marine grade 100% solution dyed polypropylene BCF fibers with maximum UV inhibitors added & premium color stabilization materials used for yarn extrusion.

PRIMARY BACKING:Marine grade UV stabilized polypropylene woven cloth with specifically developed adhesives for tuft locking cut & loop pile.

SECONDARY BACKING:Marine grade polypropylene woven cloth with specifically developed adhesives bonding primary & secondary.

NOMINAL WIDTH:Marine Tuft carpet is manufactured in 2m &/or 4mwidths depending on carpet pattern & style (+/-1%)

PILE WEIGHT:
Approximately 12oz per sqm (+/-1%)
